The Work and Maintenance Management Workplace Solution (Maintenance) provides a full process for managing on-demand and scheduled maintenance. This Solution is one of the most complete processes in the industry and has several vital features that are sure to increase the operational efficiency of your current work and maintenance staff.

    * Intuitive, self-service interface provides for accepting customer requests, increasing customer service and overall process efficiency
    * Self-service helpdesk interface for customers to check status and progress of their work requests
    * Automatic notification via a users “My Portal” in FMstudio, email, text messaging or any combination of the three at each vital process point
    * Periodic reminders on open work ensure that no ticket gets left behind
    * Operational staff can review requests, choosing to approve, reject or place a request on hold.

    * Operational staff can assign requests to new or existing work tickets
    * Operational staff can edit, update work tickets, including reporting on scheduled, in-progress and completed tickets

    * Attach photographs and documents, such as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals to work requests, work tickets, equipment or locations
    * Generate maintenance schedules for equipment or locations
    * Reduce unnecessary cost of maintenance by assigning “blackout” periods to applicable equipment when maintenance should not have to be performed
    * Specify whether maintenance tickets should be generated in a “fixed” or “floating” fashion relative to other open tickets for equipment or a location
    * Automatically generate maintenance work tickets based on their predetermined schedule and the status of open tickets
    * Have on-demand or scheduled maintenance work requests or approved tickets automatically routed to their corresponding shop or tradesperson base on defined business rules
